What a great gig, I'd seen the Yeah Yeah Yeahs before and I really hope that tonight wasn't the last. Karen O is an amazing showman, she can be as theatrical as Ian Anderson one minute then become as punk as anything seen in the 70s the next then sing a beautiful gentle song, quite superb.

The crowd were right up for this and certainly lived up to Glasgows fierce reputation but it was surprising to see the bouncers act aggresively against loads of people, I'm not sure why, I was under the impression it was a rock n roll gig?
